Emily likes to design print layouts, create websites, interactive media and edit photos! She graduated from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in March of 2013 with an Associate of Applied Science in Digital Design, Multimedia Design and Production.. During her studies she completed an internship at Eagle Publishing designing online magazine page layouts, logos and marketing publications.



 

After graduating, she continues to stay home with her 5-year-old daughter continuing to sharpen her design skills with tutorials on Lynda.com. In the Fall of 2014, she will be seeking a part-time position where she can use her creative and technical skills, as well as, contribute her past work experiences.



 

 

Using the Adobe Create Suites, she has created websites, infographics, posters, brochures, package labels, logos, and identity packages . Prior to design, she was

an Executive Assistant and also a Real Estate Agent for over 12 years. She currently lives in Redmond, Washington with her 5-year old daughter, daughter’s dad and Joi the cat. When she is not designing on her Mac, you can find her in a Hot Yoga Studio.

Emily is an Adobe Certified Associate in Photoshop and member of Phi Theta Kappa.



 

Her additional education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas, and an Associate of Arts in Human Services from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.
